在冰墩墩和雪容融的周围辅助以“松竹梅”为主题编结而成的金色花环。松竹梅在中国又被称作“岁寒三友”，寓意坚韧、顽强和旺盛的生命力，表达对获奖运动员的称颂、敬意和美好祝福。吉祥物周边的金色花环用软质材料制作，温暖、柔软、易于手持。

古代奥运会的产生

广义上讲，绿色奥运、人文奥运、科技奥运三者之间是相互交叉的，虽然各自有不同的侧重点，但二者之间并没有明显的界限，紧密联系，不可分割。绿色奥运中体现着人文奥运、科技奥运的思想，人文奥运需要绿色奥运做基础、科技奥运做支持，科技奥运帮助人文奥运、绿色奥运的实现。因此，我们讨论绿色奥运时，不可避免地涉及人文奥运和科技奥运的范畴。

头部外壳造型取自冰雪运动头盔，装饰彩色光环，其灵感源自于北京冬奥会的国家速滑馆——“冰丝带”，流动的明亮色彩线条象征着冰雪运动的赛道和5G高科技；左手掌心的心形图案，代表着主办国对全世界朋友的热情欢迎。整体形象酷似航天员，寓意创造非凡、探索未来，体现了追求卓越、引领时代，以及面向未来的无限可能。

在闭幕式运动员入场环节，现场天上地下都由巨大的中国结线条包裹，寓意满满，既表达了中国与世界的连接，也寄托着全世界在一起、“更团结”的奥林匹克精神。

奥林匹克运动会是国际奥林匹克委员会主办的世界规模最大的综合性运动会，每四年一届，会期不超过16日，是世界上影响力最大的体育盛会。
